Morning Sickness
Arrrgh that dreaded feeling of nausea and lethargic that creeps over you abd hits you hard in the Morning, that vomiting and feeling just plain YUKK...
Trust me, Been there and definitely have the t-shirt.
However today i would like to share with you lovely ladies the secrets i learnt to help cope with morning sickness
1. Have you ever heard of asic tablets, You can get them over the counter and you take two in the evening and 1 in the morning before you get out of bed, and they work wonders , trust me.
2. Another helpful item to have with you where ever you go is everyone's favourite Marie Biscuits.
These you can keep in your handbag, drawer at work and next to your bed and they super yummy to
5. And for more severe cases you could chat to your GP about prescribing Zoloft, its rather pricey but worth it
Yes we have to struggle with morning sickness but the reward is incredible and totally worth it, Stay strong and remember i m not a GP but would love to hear your questions... Peace out Momma's
